As the Finchampstead Football Development Officer, I have considered the England DNA at some length, and have chosen to adopt the framework and a large degree of the content, integrated with other sources of good practice of youth coaching materials (such as the FA earner resources and the FA Future Game handbook) to create the Finchampstead FC DNA, which is laid out in this document.
